Open to businesses and organizations of any size. Each entry must be submitted by an authorized representative of the business who has reached the age of majority in their province or territory. Prime Clinics has one location, in Edmonton, Alberta, and the prize must be redeemed there. Prime Clinics, its employees and contractors, and any agencies administering this contest are not eligible.
Opens October 23, 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM MT on November 30, 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Buying gift cards or booking Workplace Wellness services is not required and will not improve your chances of winning. Complete the registration form on the contest page with your company name, contact name, email and phone (website and number of employees optional). Limit one entry per company.
One (1) winning company receives twelve (12) DEXA Body Composition Scans for its staff (the “DEXA Dozen”), valued at $145 CAD each, about $1,740 CAD in total. Each scan is for one individual and must be completed at Prime Clinics, Edmonton, before March 31, 2027. No cash value, not transferable to another company. Travel costs are the winner’s responsibility. Scheduling subject to availability.
The winning company will be selected by random draw on December 1, 2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The contact person on the winning entry will be contacted by phone or email and must respond and correctly answer a skill-testing question within 72 hours, or an alternate winner may be selected.
By accepting the prize, the winning company consents to Prime Clinics using its company name and its contact person’s name for promotional purposes without further compensation. The contact person may be required to sign a Declaration and Release Form on the company’s behalf.
Information collected is used to administer the contest and, with the entrant’s consent, to send ongoing Workplace Wellness offers and updates about Speaker Series Education Programs and Extended Health Care program optimization. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, fraud or errors affecting the contest, and may cancel or modify it if circumstances beyond its control arise.
